What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require scheduled freight delivery, which typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Azuna ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled textiles whenever possible to ensure your home is as green as it is beautiful.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Azuna account dashboard.
Do you provide assembly services for larger items?
We offer 'White Glove Delivery' for an additional fee on select furniture items, which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
